Put a tea bag in a cup and add 100-120ml boiling wáter. Keep tea bag in a cup for 2-3 minutes. Add honey if desired.
If using loose Green leaf tea, use 2–3 grams of tea leaves for every six ounces of water in a strainer.Let the tea steep in the water for 3–5 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea leaves or tea bag from the water and enjoy.
